Does anyone know if their is a bus that goes from the Disney property to Universal Studios?::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

I have heard that Mears runs some type of service from Disney to Universal and Sea World also.:) Good Luck!

You'll have to pay for a limo service. Mears, Happy Limo, or FL Tours to name a few. Round trip will average about $60 plus tip.
There is a bus that goes from HRH to SWF, but not to Disney. And taking public transportation is tuff because you need 3 busses to do it.
Going from the TTC to SWF can be done on 1 bus, the #50.
But they haven't bridged the gap between USF and Disney, and I don't think they will, because if you ask Disney employees how to get to USF, they won't know the answer.

Mears is $14 round trip per person.

Oh yeah, the $60 was for 3 people.

Wow, looks like Mears has come down a little if they are $14 per person. I guess the competition brought them down to earth. They have the advantage because there is a Mears phone in the lobby of Disney.

It can get costly, but I would personally get my own taxi. That way, you will head directly with your group to the parks.

We've gone to US from Disney 2 ways: Mears bus and car rental.

We were able to rent a car for one day from the Swan. It worked out really well for us since we weren't restricted to when the bus was leaving.

If the Mears bus is $14/person - we have 5 people (4 adults, 1 child) = $70.00

Anyone know approximately what a taxi/van would run from Disney (ASMo) to US?

a few mentioned a mears bus from disney to universal so this is the place to ask my question:

i am going from a wdw resort to hrh and booked a town car to relocate me.
(going solo)
they will charge me $45 for this short ride..............

is it possible i could take the mears bus, one way, from wdw to universal?
do they allow luggage on this bus?
if so, could i use this means of transportation to change hotels?
even if i was required to pay for a rt, it would be cheaper(my middle name) to go this route.

tell me what you know/ what's best for me in this situation.

This seems like the place for my question too. We are staying at the RPR and taking one day to go the magic kingdom. 3 adults and 3 kids. Are there taxis (i.e. vans) large enough to fit us? It would seem that would be the cheapest way to go. Anyone know the fare from RPR to Disney?

Last August I arranged for a towncar to take us from the (now) Holiday Inn at DTD to the Hard Rock Hotel for $26 plus tip. We used Mears shuttle to and from each hotel to MCO.

dgaston, That sounds like a great deal. Do you remember who you used? Also, does anyone know where a taxi or town car would drop you off at the MK. At the TCC or right at the gate?

hey dgaston
me too me too
i need to know also, if you can let us know or email me the name of the company for the transp . please.................
raven::yes::
