Transportation from Disney to Seaworld for day

What is the best way to get from Disney resort to Seaworld for the day?

Depends on what you want to spend. You can hire a car service, or cab. That will be the most expensive route Probably about $80 r/t. Or, you can get to the TTC and take the Lynx bus. That's Orlando's public transit system. It's less than $2 (I believe) pp each way. You get the bus at the TTC, tell the driver you want to get off at SW. The bus drops you at the parking lot entrance. I've done that and it worked very well.
But, you can't come and go as you wish. The bus runs every 30 mins or so. A car service will run on your schedule.

There's also Uber, if you have a smart phone with cell data service and no more than one child under 6.
