Transportation from AKL-Kidani to Gaylord Palms

I am attending a conference at the end of May in Orlando and am planning to go out a couple of days early to have some time at WDW. I'm planning to take Disney's Magical Express from the airport to my Disney hotel, Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani.

• What would be the best way (and least cost) to get from AKL-Kidani to my conference hotel, the Gaylord Palms?
• Then again when I leave Gaylord to Orlando International Airport?

Taxi from AKL to GP. Mears shared shuttle service from GP to MCO. It's possible your conference has transportation to MCO or you might be able to share a taxi (or car service).
