Transportation from airport - which to use?

There seems to be a lot of choices. I have contacted Viewtravel. Anyone use them or know anything about them? We're arriving 9/25 & hope that Ivan will be gone - Florida has had enough!

We've used either airport, Orlando and Sanford and love Happy Limo. They are prompt, clean, courteous and best of all--the price includes everything, even the tip.
I'd wait until Ivan passes though.

I have read extensively and it has become clear that there are many choices. Of these there are two that keep popping up as positive choices and one (by far) that pops up on the negative side. The positives are Tiffany Town Car and Happy Limo; on the negative is Mears...DO NOT USE MEARS!! We, among others, have had a bad experience with them. We have had excellent service with Tiffany's and plan to use them or Happy in Oct.
This is your vacation, you do not want it to get off on the wrong foot...Get a towncar or rent a car, you won't be disapointed!

Our company we always use is Southern Elegance Limousines. Wonderful people, beautiful cars and very affordable. You tip what you want, not included ever.

Wow, we just got back from Orlando, cruise and what a mess. I felt so bad for some of the other limo companies. Some of the people on the cruise used other limo companies and they were ALL confused. What it sounded like was Disney was telling all the customers that they could not go out of Port Canaveral, so then they were having their (Disney's) transportation pick up the customers and the limo companies were losing their customers. When in fact, the Port was open. Not sure if this was deliberate or just nobody communicating with each other. Anyway, really a mess. Hope none of the Limo companies get put down. Those two bad storms really turned FLa upside down. Not blaming them at all.

Anyway, just to let you know we use Southern Elegance and you should give them a try. Good luck and have fun~ Maybe Ivan will miss the whole State of Florida! They have had enough to last 100 years...

I highly recommend Golden Limousine. I arrived with my family just a few days before Frances and did not realize the seriousness of the storm before I arrived (yes, I know, try watching the news!) Jim, the owner of Golden Limo - and I believe the primary driver, was right at the baggage claim as soon as we got off the plane - with a smile and a sign with our family name. I became pretty nervous when I heard the storm was headed for Central Florida, but Jim made me feel like I had family down there. He gave me his cell phone number and told me if I needed anything, give him a call - Now that's what I call "above and beyond" customer service. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for my next trip!
