Assuming you are coming from MCO, Mears has a wide variety of vehicles you can book, including a van that seats 11. It will be snug with 10 but if you don't have a ton of luggage should be doable. Website quotes $361 plus tip one way. https://www.mearstransportation.com/shuttle-rates/

Add in the gratuity, and that may well be more expensive than taking the DCL bus. The bus costs the same from WDW resort or MCO. Also, Mears may be more expensive from WDW than MCO, since it's a longer drive.
The easiest will be DCL transfers, which will be about 800 round trip. You could price out Happy limo which has 10 person and 14 person vans. Those will probably run about 250ish one way pre-tip.
Do any of the kids need car seats or booster seats?
No boosters needed. I’ve looked into a few different companies, shuttles, buses, renting 2 cars. It seems like it will cost at least $500-600 just to get there and back.
