Transportation @ Dolphin

Ok...I know that we can easily walk to Epcot and Boarwalk, and its a 15 minute stroll to Disney Studios, but what would be the best ways to AK and MK? We are heading down this December for the first time at WDW for the holidays.

Bus transportation is provided from the Dolphin to the Magic Kingdom, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Downtown Disney.

This past Nov. we walked to MGM and Epcot, took the bus to MK but drove to AK. The previous 2 trips, both in the first week of March, when leaving AK about 1:30 pm trying to park hop we lost 1 1/2 hrs to to the trick. There were enough people ahead of us in the line that we didn't get on until the third bus. This happend exactly the same two years apart. We usually hit a park early and leave when the crowd builds so getting a bus out is usually no problem. Not so in our experience at AK. For all other parks and park hopping WDW busses are just fine.
