Does anyone know what the best shuttle is to use from Orange County to Disneyland. We can't use Disneyland Express because of our flight times![]()
I like Karmel.
What is the closest airport to fly in to? I googled before and saw SNA/Orange County....but now reading these I'm wondering if we are about to choose the wrong airport?
SNA is really close. Sometimes long beach is one that a persons chosen airline uses and is cheaper. Check for your location what works best, but know the transportation costs before locking yourself in. Especially if the reason for choosing LGB is budgetary.
Not to be contrary here, but we always fly into LGB, and always rent a car. Why? So easy, and so many discounts on car rentals. last trip we got an economy car for 4 days- $90. even with the hotels parking charge of $9 a day we came out ahead of shuttling. Everything is booked, registered and paid ahead. You get off the plane and within a few minutes you're on the road.
Not sure it's contrary. The op said they had a rental car in mind. But that cost can't be estimated by us and the op can easily run through what her trip would cost with a car on her dates.
She specifically asked for help with basic costs on shuttle transportation. Which I shy so many have given that info.
Not everyone wants to drive in Southern California. Not everyone wants to pay to park. Not everyone has a need for a car. We like a car; we go to trader joes for food, if the trip is long enough we go to our weight watchers meeting, etc. we like a car but others don't. Either way, cars are easy to research.
