Transportation Advice

Hi all! We're flying into Sanford airport at the end of the month, and I would appreciate some advice with sorting out our transportation. We've flown into MCO in the past and used Magical Express, and I'm super sad to miss out on it!
Our first night is at Universal, and then we're moving to CBR. We love bring in the Disney bubble, so once on site would like to just use onsite transport.
Our flight gets in at 1130pm on a Sunday. Would a ride share service even be an option?
I have seen some people have trouble with rental car availability. If we reserve a car ahead of time, is there a chance one won't be available? Is returning it at Disney a pain?

I'm trying to consider the convenience of having our own car versus the inconvenience of having to drive, park, return.

1. Well, it's always an option.
2. Another question that has a "there's aways a chance" answer.
But, it is generally accepted that reserving a car from a major company will get you a car.
3. If it's a rental company that is available at WDW, then it will be relatively easy to return
(dependent on your timing, of course.)

I would recommend going with a car service of some sort.
Not all of the local companies pick up at Sanford, but Tony Hinds does. I have not personally used him, but he gets lots of recommendations on here.
