Transportatiion from DisneyWorld to Universal

I need recommendations to get from DisneyWorld to Universal. I will have a scooter. We need to go to the Harry Potter park and get there about 7:00 am. I have seen some reviews about Mears taking too long to get there. We had thought about getting a van taxi and sharing with others to keep the cost down. Any ideas?
We are going to Universal on July 25 and we are staying at Art of Animation.

We used a private taxi van from Mears for 4 of us, one of whom was in a wheelchair. We just let them know in advance that we needed a taxi with a lift. We got there before the parks opened without any problems.

Getting there for 7, using Mears, is probably not going to be viable...I don't think they start that early. Getting a van cab, letting them know you have a scooter, is your best bet.
