Transport to our WDW resort hotel ??

DD and myself are going to wdw.... flying from NY..we got a great package.
My BGF is joining us as well...she is not on my package...she is booking her own flight and getting passes from AAA. My question is we arrive both same day in the evening..Can she board Magical express with me ? as well as departure ?? If not any ideas to get her to our WDW resort ??

Where is she staying??? Is she planning on staying in your room??? In order for her to ride the DME bus, either way, she has to be listed on a WDW room reservation. If you can't add her to your reservation, then she will have to get to the resort in some other way. I would suggest using Mears. It will cost about $35 or so, round trip. She will have to book it when she arrives at MCO though..you can't book it in advance if you are going to a WDW owned resort. Once she gets there and has her reservation, she may actually be told to head to DME and ride the same bus you are on...it has happened in many cases. She will be told how to handle the trip back to the airport when she makes her reservation.

Yes she is staying with me. I haven't booked her flight yet. I actaully would get her a better flight and price into Sanford airport. Does Mears go there as well ?

Nope, no DME to and from Sanford. You have to figure in transport to WDW when planning on those great fares into Sanford. YOu have to either rent a car or pay about $180-200 for r/t towncar service.

If she flies into MCO, she has to be listed on your room reservation..otherwise she won't be allowed on the bus. So, you need to add her to your resort reservation first.
