We'll be going to Disneyland next week and have planned on taking the Disneyland Resort Express (have children that would need a car seat otherwise). Our flight out of LAX leaves at 8:45am. The first DL Express leaves Anaheim at 6:00am. How big of an issue is this going to be? We'll be flying out the Tuesday after Columbus Day, so we'll be dealing with morning rush hour traffic I imagine. The last time we were at LAX i remember feeling like the airport was pretty easy to get through as I think it's basically divided into 6 smaller areas with separate security etc.

Any thoughts on if leaving Anaheim at 6am through the Disneyland Resort Express with departure time of 8:45am is realistic? I really don't want to have to lug car seats if we don't have to. TIA!

You're cutting it really close. There is a road resurfacing project at LAX and they've warned to expect delays up to 30 minutes at times. The lines at terminal 1 can easily reach an hour just to get into the terminal on holiday weekends. You should either look into taking the last DL Express the night before and then staying at an LAX hotel with a hotel shuttle, or a car service that provides car seats.

Do you know of any car services that provide car seats that you would recommend. We're WDW vets, but are pretty clueless with Disneyland/California. Thanks!

We have used Lansky. We didn't need a carseat but noticed that he had one in the trunk as well as a booster seat. We also took advantage of the 20 minute grocery stop on the way to the hotel.
