Transport from Poly to MCO during marathon?

Our flight (Spirit) leaves MCO tomorrow (Friday of marathon) at 9 am. We were going to Uber. What time should we leave? Also, would a car service like Mears be better because they’re more familiar with the road closures ? Thanks
