We are going on a Carnival cruise at the end of our stay at disney World and we were told the shuttle from the airport would be $70 round trip each. That makes it $280 for our family of 4!! 
I have been looking into a few different options and so far the best I have seen are taking a taxi in the form of an econoline van since we are traveling with friends.
We will be 9 in all and will definitely need car seats. I have found a number of different companies that do this mostly around the $230 mark but I am looking for recommendations and any tips anyone might have. Split between the two families, this is less than half of what the shuttle would have cost us. We would also like to arrive at the ship before the major crowds so that we don't have to wait in line for hours with 5 kids under the age of 5.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
