transport from airport to Universal?

i just was reading today on line that mears shuttle from MCO to UO was $15 pp.

Do they have a Mears Desk or something like that at the airport? I dont think I'll reserve anything before hand. I would rather just arrive at the airport, and then go up to a desk or catch a shuttle or something. Is that possible?

I have used mears before but don't remeber seeing any desk for them and you can reserve online but you don't have to pay until they get you to your hotel
