hi,

We're staying at Port Orleans French Quarter, and on a couple of days, we're travelling to Universal Studios and Seaworld.
As its only a couple of trips, its not worth us hiring a car for the trips, and taxi's seem rather expensive.
Are there any busses etc? and can we book them from the hotel? or is there any better form of transport?

Thanks in advance

We found it most cost effective to rent a car. For a week it's about $200-$250. We drive to Universal, KSC, and like to make trips to the grocery store, outlet mall and STARBUCKS. To take a bus or cab to all of these places, or a couple, would cost just as much as the car.

I'm not certain about Uni but I know that to get to SW you can take the lynx bus(#50) from the TTC FOR $1.50P/P THIS LINK MIGHT HELP :http://www.golynx.com/ You can email them about Uni!

call Mears. they run buses to Seaworld and Universal. it's been a few years since i've done this, but i think we called the day before, they told us what time they would pick us up. you pay the bus driver when you get on (around $18/pp???). they drop you off at the gate. when you are ready to go home, you call them, and they direct you to a van at the drop off area. We found it alot easier than getting a car, having to find our way there and drive back when we were hot and tired.
