Transport at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa????

Hi

My family are staying at this hotel for the first time in November, we've read great reviews of the place but haven't been able to find out anything about the transport provided to the theme parks. It says in the brochure that they do have a shuttle bus but I would like to know how often they run and what times they start from. Any info would be much appreciated!!
