I sent an email to Loews 1st. As I mentioned earlier on this board, we've never gotten credit for a stay using the FLO rate. Also, we've never gotten any of the perks. This is at all 3 resorts. I did point out that the FLO & APH rates aren't that much cheaper than the AAA rate, among other things. It took 4 days to get a reply (which is reasonable), but the reply doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
I can't figure out if they're telling me I should book on the website at rack rate, or if they just typed a bunch of words just to get rid of my inquiry.
Can any of you enlighten me on what you think they're trying to say?

Unfortunately, you are correct that reservations booked under Florida residents rates are not applicable within the LoewsFirst program. If possible, please book your next visit directly through Loews Hotels either by visiting our website at www.loewshotels.com, or by calling 1-800-LOEWS-11, our reservations line for LoewsFirst members only. Also, please be aware that your valued feedback is being passed along to the appropriate representative so that we may consider this in all future discussions.
Please keep in mind that Loews Hotels offers a Best Rate Pledge, whereby you should not find a lower rate for the same room type on a third party website such as Expedia or Hotels.com (excluding the auction sites such as Priceline). If you do find a lower rate for the same room on a third party site, you can contact our hotels and we match the rate that you found and either adjust the rate you book on www.loewshotels.com or make the reservations for you.
