Transfers question...Help!

My DW and I have been on two Disney cruises before having done the land/sea package both times. Now we will be sailing on the Wonder for Halloween to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary but we will be only doing the four night cruise. No Disney stay except for the night prior to the cruise when we will be staying at the Boardwalk Villas, (DVC members) so we have a few questions...
1) We purchased the Disney transfers and we were Wonder-ing what happens to our luggage when we leave the resort? Do we bring our bags to the bus or do we leave them in our room to be picked up and sent to the Wonder?
2) Do the Disney Cruise Line buses stop at the Jet Blue airlines terminal at Orlando Airport and if they do, does our luggage automatically get put on the proper flight home like when we did the land/sea package?

We are also DVC members and we just stayed at the Boardwalk also before taking a 4 day cruise. We rented a car because it was cheaper than the transfers with more flexability, however I have the anwsers you seek.

You will need to take your bags to the bus when you check out as the Boardwalk does not offer the same service you would receive on a land/sea Pkg. We booked our stay and cruise with our points and the front desk told me at check in that I would still have to check in at the port with my bags.

When disemarking from the cruise Jetblue is not one of the airlines that allows for checking bags at the port. The disembarking paperwork they gave us said you had to have DCL transfers for that service. However your bags will travel with you on the same bus and it will stop at terminal A where you can check your bags with jetblue.
