I have transferred points to my DD and all I needed was my member # and my DD's member #.
Some report that they had to do a conference call but I did not.
Her MS #, Name last four of SS#, Address & Phone Number (Depends on Advisor)
She will need your name and MS#
Neither of your memberships may have already transferred for the UYs involved. No borrowed, banked or previously transferred points may be transferred.
They may or may not request confirmation in writting from your Mom after the transaction is done.
