Transferring Ownership of one contract

Hi. We are thinking of giving our adult daughter one of our contracts. She is not on any of the contracts we own. How does this work? Can we just transfer the deed to her name? If so what are the costs or fees associated with this?

Yes, you can do a gratuitous transfer to her. There are steps to do it yourself but we were t comfortable and opted to use a title company.

We did use the recommended one from DVC but they cost more..I have heard of people using https://www.lttransfers.com/with good success.

However, we've used LT Transfers for various timeshare transfers in our family (my dad gave his various ownerships to his kids) and been very pleased with their work as well as their prices.
