Transferring HHI contract - need atty referral

I am transferring my HHI contract to my fiance. I need to have this transfer done sooner rather than later. Can anyone recommend an atty. in SC that is familiar with DVC and that would take the proper steps to see that this is done in a timely fashion. Any help would be greatley appreciated.

I don't think that you can just transfer ownership. Disney has to be involved and you need to have contracts and pass ROFR.
