Transferred points

I was thinking about trying to do a transfer of points for a trip I would like to take to Aulani. Am I correct that if I find someone to do an Aulani transfer that these points will retain their home resort booking window? Will I be able to book online with these points? Thanks!

Yes, they retain the original home resort designation and UY for booking at the 11 month window. However, you will not see them online unless they match exactly one of your own contracts for both resort and UY. In the case you cite here, it doesn't sound like they would. So you will not see them online and you will need to call MS to book.
