Transferred Points question?

Hi. I had 2 questions. It is my understanding that you can only transfer current use year points. 1.) Once the points are transferred can they be banked? 2.) Can you book a reservation online using transferred points? I saw a post that was a few years old that said you had to call MS to use those points. I'm hoping that has changed. Thanks for your help

They can be banked, but not borrowed.

If the home resort and UY month matches what you already own, they might show up on line.

it is the same UY- December and resort SSR...so hopefully I can see them!

People are reporting that has changed and all transferred points are not visible and can not be used on line
