Transferred points online booking?

Can someone with recent experience comment on this? It seems like some recent posts suggest that transferred points do now show up in the receiving member's online account. Is this correct?

If so, would the member receiving the transferred points be able to use the transferred points to book online at the 11-month window? or does is still require a call to MS? For example, an OKW owner generally won't be able to search for availability before the 7-month window for any DVC resort other than OKW. Let's say this member got some AKV points transferred to him, would he then be able to use online booking and search at 11-month for AKV, or is a call to MS still required?

If you need to use transferred points to make a booking, you need to do it via telephone with MS still.

ETA: This is based on my experience in January. Not sure if it has changed int he last 5 months.

Also, transferred points carry their same UY window... so you can only use them at 11 month window if booking at the resort the points came from originally.
