Transferred points don't show up on member website?

When I transferred points out last year it showed a manual transaction in my account. This year I had someone transfer points to me and it doesn't show up. MS says they are there. Is that standard?

This is included on the page when you click 'My Vacation Points':

If you received Transferred-In Vacation Points from another Disney Vacation Club Member, they may not reflect on your Vacation Points History. Please contact Member Services for more information on your Transferred-In Vacation Points.

We received a points transfer last year to our account and the points never showed up online under My Vacation Points or any other header. We always had to call MS for that info and they had told us transferred in points are not posted to the online account info.

Thanks. So.... "may not reflect" means sometimes they do and sometimes they don't ? I just wish I could see them.

Seems that way. I know some people say they can view their transferred in points online, but we have received several point transfers over the years and never once could we see them in our online account.
