Transfering Points?

I plan on using banked and borrowed points for our vacation. Can I transfer them to another member so they can make reservations at their home resort?

Banked points can't be transfered.

Transfered points can be banked.

You can't borrow points until a reservation needs them and you place the reservation.

Transfered points retain their home resort and UY.

Only if your home resort is the same as their home resort. And like disneynutz says, you can't transfer banked points. But you can bank transferred points.

Deb is correct, except you can transfer to another member and make reservations at a different resort with those points as long as you are within the 7 month window. My sister just transfered points from her account to my AKL account, and I made reservations at VGC . She owns at SSR.

So let me get this straight. The only points that can be transfered are those from a current use year. Is there a limit to the number of transfers in or out per year? Any other rules I should be aware of?
