If I transfer points from my OKW contract to my VWL contract can I use them at the 11th month window

Can you use OKW pts transferred at 11 month window for VWL reservation ?

No because transferred points retain their own home resort booking priority.

You'd have to wait until 7 months out to use OKW points for VWL reservation.
