transfering bags from SoG to dvc villa

I know you can have your bags sent from DVC villa to another DVC villa, but can you have your bags sent from Shades of Green to VWL? (we won't have a car)

I don't know the answer, but SOG and WLV are very close to one another. The bell hop at SOG should be able to help you. If not a cab would only take a few minutes to ride over there.
