transferability of annual pass

Have seen annual passes offered on ebay. Any transferability issues I should be aware of?

I guess if they haven't been activated, it wouldn't really matter.

I just bought a premium pass for $115/ no tax. I hope it wasn't a mistake. It has not been activated yet, so I think I'm o.k., but looking at the picture of the ticket , it says non-transferrable on the back.

I would think that it would be ok as long as at wasn't originally bought as a FL resident pass (do they have those at Universal?), etc. The voucher can be used for anyone--until there is a name on it I would think that it doesn't belong to a particular person.
