Transfer title

Hello I recently got divorced and I am wondering if I can transfer my share of title to my ex?

Can't you just remove yourself from the title/ownership?

It depends upon if there is a mortgage on the ownership. They may not allow a transfer until any balance is satisfied.

If no mortgage, it should be a fairly simply matter of re-deeding.
