Transfer Same UY/Resort

If I get an inbound transfer and it is my same home resort and use year will they show up online? I've heard mixed things

It used to, but most recent reports are it no longer does. I would go into any transfer assuming you will have to call MS to use.

sounds good thanks! One more question then. If I have the same use year and resort can I book at 8 with my own contract and then call them when they open to make the swap to the transferred points first?
