transfer question

Members are allowed one transfer per year, is that calendar year or the use year that the points are for?

One transfer, in or out but not both, per use year. You could actually make two transfers at same time as long as each involves a different use year.

Thanks for the reply but I am still a little confused. My use year is Feb. I just completed a transfer from someone for 2010 points that are also a Feb use year. This was my first and only transfer so far. Does that mean I have used my 2009 allowed transfer or does this transaction count towards my 2010 one? Sorry for the confusion, thanks for helping me with this.

It means you have used your transfer for the 2010 use year and can still have one for the Feb 2009 use year although realistically it might be difficult to find anyone to do a transfer when so close to the end of the use year.

That's technically true but some have found difficulty making a later UY transfer and then a current UY transfer.
