Transfer Points Out to Close Sale / Transfer Points In as Part of Sale

I have 13 points in the 2016 UY I need to use/transfer/clear" from a contract that I have recently sold, without the points being as part of the sale. If I transfer those points out, does that effect me from having points transferred into my account around the same time? I have purchased another contract that cannot close for a while, however, the seller has agreed to transfer me non-banked/borrowed points.

You can transfer once per year per membership, in or out, not both.

As I understand it you can transfer once per use year. So if you transfer out your 2016 points you could transfer in 2017 use year points. This could be done on the same day.

Also banked and borrowed points can not be transferred.

You could possibly do a last minute stay or rental in one of the easier to book resorts like SSR to use up those points.

Question: How do you sell a contract, yet still maintain use of the points and the contract to transfer/use? Banked, borrowed points stay with the contract. Current year points that were unused, remain with the sold contract.
