Transfer Paper Tickets to KTTW Cards?

Woo hoo! A local radio station is giving away Epcot tickets, in celebration of the Food and Wine Festival. I've been trying to win since last Monday and I finally got through this morning. We already had a trip planned for Oct. 12-15 and were only planning on going to Epcot this time.

Will I be able to transfer the paper tickets to a KTTW card at guest services? I won tickets in April and tried to do that, but they couldn't. We had a lot of problems trying to get into the parks because the paper tickets wouldn't work.

It depends on what the tickets actually are. You can't tell until they are scanned. Most tickets can be encoded onto the resort ID but there are still some that cannot like AP/PAP/SP, certain complimentary tickets, FL resident, hard ticket events (MVMCP, MNSSHP) and some convention tickets, among others.
