I've found cheap t-shirts at Micheals and also at Walmart. Other posters have said that AmyMickey sells the best transfers. I haven't tried them yet but they come highly recommended from others. If you Google amymickey you'll get a link to her website.

AC Moore and Micheals. AC moore in out area has many more colors available. As far as transfer paper, I would suggest Amy's. They are a bit more expensive than what you can get in either of those stores, but the ones you by in the store are a waste. I would definitely suggest going with Amy's.

AmyMickey is your best bet for transfer paper. If you want to order online, they have great (and low cost) shirts at jiffyshirts.com. I ordered shirts in men's, women's, and children's sizes and they were all really good quality (my boys are still wearing their Disney shirts from last year). :goodvibes

I keep hearing about Amy's paper, but I am assuming she doesn't make it herself so what brand is it? There are at least 4 different brands that I have seen in just the three craft stores around me!

Today, Michaels had the Jersee shirts five for $10. Today was my first try at shirts and I'm pretty proud of them!! I used transfer paper from Michaels, Office Depot. I wasted a few sheets learning how to use the dark and light. The light paper, you had to mirror the image. The dark, you did not.

What's the problem with the store-bought paper? Is it not going to wash as well? Mine all worked fine.

I used transfer paper from AC Moore and when I put through washer, the design fell apart. I wonder if I did something wrong or just got a bad batch of transfer paper.

Not sure of the brand as it doesn't say. I have used and I like the way the shirts look with her transfer alot more than the brand I bought from AC Moore.

I got my tshirts at Michaels today - $2 each. I only buy amymickey transfer paper - it's the best for me!:thumbsup2 I use these shirts for several years and they never fall apart or get messed up in any way. It's too much work to go to, to use cheap transfers imo.
