Hi
I'd like to know do you know how far ( I would say how much in cab fare ) it would cost me to transfer from BLT to BCV ?? I'd like to go do my check in at bcv before heading to park ...
Also if I go and do my check in and my husband , sister and brother in law go in the park can I do the check in for the 4 of us or do they need to be all there ??
thanks

Well, we took a cab from the TTC to the BCV one night and it was less than $20, including the tip. Closer to $15, I think.

You could also walk over to the MK and take a bus to BCV - but that would take longer and might not work well early in the morning.

The resorts will move your luggage for you if you ask.

Only one adult listed on the reservation needs to check-in. If you have multiple rooms, an adult on the other reservation would need to check-in for that room. If you are doing the dining plan, the person that checks-in would have to pay for all persons on the reservation.

Why not do Epcot as your park for that day? Leave your bags with bell services to do the transfer for you, take the monorail to Epcot, then while your group does a ride or two, walk out the International Gateway to check in at Beach Club.

If you do it in a cab, you're most likely going to be leaving your bags with Beach Club bell services anyway, because your villa won't likely be available in the morning.

if you're a party of 2, on the dining plan (free or otherwise), arriving same day, but at diff hours (ie, I arrive 1pm, other party arrives 10pm), I'm the one paying the reservation, do they give me both KTTW cards, or does other party have to go to reception on arrival (instead of driving to parking lot closest to room?

They can give you all the keys or you can leave the others at the front desk. If you are not going to be at the resort when they arrive, leave them at the front desk for them. That way they can get into the room and not have to wait for you.
