Transfer from Amtrak to Royal Pacific?

Does anyone know if there is a shuttle bus from the hotel that would pick us up from the Orlando Amtrak station? If not would we be better off taking a cab or Mears? There's 5 of us. Also do you know how far the hotel is from the train station?
