:flower: Does anyone know if there is a transfer fee to stay at a different Disney DVC hotel?

Ok, If I buy a timeshare at OKW,but I want to stay at the BCV do I have to pay a transfer fee to stay at a DVC resort that is not my home resort? ::MinnieMo

No, you do not.

The only things unique to your home resort are the 11 month booking window and the fact that it determines the amount of your annual dues.

So what you are saying is that as long as I stay within the disney world resorts I can move around? I am new to the DVC and a Disney Rep. told me that there was a $75.00 to stay at Hilton Head or Vero Beach, so I was wondering if there was a $75.00 fee to change from OKW to BCV. So therefore I guess it is better to buy at the OKW for less $ than to buy at the BCV for more $ ??????

If you own points at any DVC resort, there are no additional fees involved with staying at ANY of the DVC resorts including Vero Beach and Hilton Head.

There are fees associated with booking trading options like Disney Cruises and items on our Concierge Collection.

With regard to the best resort to buy, that depends on your expectations for getting a room. If you frequently want to stay at BCV, then I would buy your points there. It is one of the smaller resorts and can be hard to book by non-owners at busier times of the year. If you really don't have a strong preference for any one resort, OKW points will suit you just fine.
