If I am transferring in 2012 Dec UY points, when is the soonest they can be tranferred?

I was thinking it would be Jan of 2012, to make 11 month window, but maybe they allow sooner to plan.

When you are in the 2011 UY. That means 12/1/2011. -- Suzanne
