Trans from BCV to the Epcot Front Gates

My wife and daughter have tickets to the YES program "Making Waves", at Epcot, for our upcoming trip. The meeting location for this event is at the Epcot Main Entrance Flagpole, at 8:30AM (before park opening). The problem is we are staying at the BCVs, and cannot get transportation to the front gate.

2 questions

1) Is there any way to get to the front gate without driving or cab?

2) We are renting a car. If I drive my wife and daughter, can I drop them close to the front gate, or will I have to go to the parking lot and have them take the tram?

1) no, unless you bus to MK and take the Epcot monorail back. Not sure if the DHS-Epcot bus starts that early.

We did the Segway tour in May at 8:30am, staying at BWV. We had to meet at Innoventions. We were able to get in through the International Gateway, they had our name on a list.

Ya, we have done plenty of breakfasts from BCV and BWV, but without a meeting point in the park, I don't think we be on any list.

Sounds like there is a drop-off area near the front, so hopefully that will work for you.

The drop off point is right up front - that would be very handy.

Dawn shines on Marblehead! Sometimes in my planning I cannot see the obvious! My wife just helped me realize the "flagpole” meeting place is inside Epcot's gate. During this whole conversation I assumed the flagpole was outside ticketing.

So of course, we should be on the activity list, and we should be able to walk through the IG!
