When: January 4th, 2017- January 7th, 2017
Why: I was running the 5k(4th one) and 10k(1st one)
So all my life I was overweight pretty much. My mom always pushed me to try to diet and said once I started I'd be happy. Well one day she said that's it she gave up on my dieting, so I decided i was gonna prove her wrong and diet. Back up a little bit before that though I first ran a 5k in January 2015, a few of my Disney friends had done rundisney events and my dad and I always love Disney Trips so we both signed up for the 5k so I joined the gym across from my work in October 2014 to get in shape for that and would pretty much only do the treadmill then. I did my first 5k and finished in a hour stopping and walking a lot.



We also love cruising DCL and did the iceland cruise in 2015. I got a lot more confidence around people from that. I'm a shy person.







I had lost a few pounds between January 2015 and July 2015, just not noticeable. So it was September/October 2015 that mom had given up on me really dieting, but I was bound to prove her wrong, but first Dad and I took a trip to Disney world for Food and Wine and a Concert.




So the week after we got back from Disney I had a appointment with a trainer Eddy(not at gym anymore). I talked to him and signed up for 3 days a week training. I was gonna meet my trainer the following day. And that's where this story starts
