Training At DIsneyland Paris

I am a stident in secondary school and I need information on the training of staff at Disneyland Paris for my coursework, can a former/present employee or a well learned person help please.

I need to know the different methods of training,i know they have a Disneyland University, but i need to know sections of it and other methods of training.

I also need to know if Disney relies mainly on it's own training or experienced personal externally, and what is the major strengths and weaknesses of Disneyland's training.
