Trails End

I do not many posts if any on this ,so I wonder if it still on the DDP? I would like to know if it is a place where my wife and I and our 5 children would like to eat? Thanks Dave

Yes, the Trails End is on the DDP. We ate there in Jan., 2009. It's one of our favs for lunch or dinner.

I went in July for lunch and December for dinner and did not like it either time The lunch is not worth it on the ddp because it's so cheap already and the choices were very limited. It was mostly salad, soup, and lunchmeat. The dinner was a little bit better but not as good as much other buffets. I believe it had ribs (that were pretty fatty), cold fried chicken, turkey, maybe a little steak? If you are staying at FW, it might be worth it for convenience. If you're not, I wouldn't waste the time taking the trip over when there are better choices on property.

Click on the word Dining at the top of this page. You will be able to check the menu for Trails End as well as find a list of all the places on the DP. If the menu appeals to you and especially if you were heading to FW for something else, go. It does seem to be a better DP choice for dinner as opposed to lunch.

Do you know if the "take out" chicken dinner can be used as a quick service meal? It feeds 4 and would it count as 1 quick service?
