Trails end restaurant

Does Anyone know the sauce that is used with the salmon add-on at trails end restaurant? that Is some of the best salmon I have ever eat because of the sauce it sits in. would love to be able to use it cooking at home.

It is described as a lobster andouille cream sauce. I don't see that specific recipe anywhere but there are many andouille cream recipes available online that you can experiment with.

I agree that the salmon dish was the best. I was there last weekend and saw the upsells are no longer on the menu. I asked if I could still get salmon and was told upon request but not with that sauce. I was told the sauce was diced andouille sausage, reduced heavy cream and lobster base. So easy but so delicious.

If you can get the recipe for the 7 layer cake that was at the Bay Lake Tower, please post. They wouldn't give me that one and now we can't get it anywhere.
