Trail's End Lunch Specifics

Couple questions about lunch at Trail's End ~ With fried chicken as a staple, I'm thinking that BBQ chicken is probably not the BBQ item of the day? Would it be ribs or? And being a big fan of salad, what are some of the items on the lunchtime salad bar?

They usually have ribs or pulled BBQ. Really good.

Salads - typical cold salad bar with fixins, and some fixed salads (I don't eat them, so don't really remember). The fixins are carrots, cucumber, maters, cheese,. croutons, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms. It isn't a huge area.

they also have fresh fruit.

I think the salad bar is kinda.... eh. There's really not much there and I usually skip right over it. The soup is very good, though-- especially the chili!

Glad to hear the positive reviews ! After 25+ trips to WDW, we will be having our first meal (lunch) at Trail's End in March. I will have 2 "bottomless pit" 16 year old boys with me, so an all-you-can-eat lunch sounds like a $$$ deal !
