Trails End Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays?

Why is it closed all Tuesday and Wednesdays? Is that normal for them or just since the pandemic? We’ll be there May 2-5 so our two full days are Tuesday and Wednesday lol

I believe it is closed on same days as meal truck is around.

TE being closed is new since the pandemic. Tiggerdad is correct that there are food trucks down near TE (between TE and the boat dock) on the days it is closed. We were at the Fort for 2 weeks in January. We thought the food trucks were pretty good. Better than TE's "family style" dinner currently being served.

Oh awesome! I didn’t realize there were food trucks. That’s actually even better for us with a toddler lol. I was just worried there wasn’t any other option while it was closed. Thanks!

When we were there recently, TE was closed and there were supposed to be food trucks, but only one arrived (ice cream). So there was only the Meadow's food truck and P&Js. We were very disappointed.

Oh wow that’s lame. I wouldn’t be happy either. If they advertise food trucks there needs to be some there especially with TE being closed

It wasn't anyone's fault per se, but they didn't come out and tell all the people milling about that the food trucks weren't coming. Then P&Js was overwhelmed with orders and that added frustration to a bunch of peole. Can't wait to try the food trucks next time!

Hopefully they have that figured out by the time we go in May
