Trails End Buffet -- PS?

When I called to make our PSs for our Aug. trip, MS says they couldn't make a PS for Trails End Buffet. I asked whether I had to call Trails End Buffet directly, but all they knew was that they couldn't make a PS. Do we just show up? Is it really crowded? I'm interested in trying this place from reviews on these Bds. My family is OK w/ the idea, but is not enthusiastic. So if there are no ressies & the real possibility of a long wait, I'll reconsider.

WE have eaten at Trails End several times. No, they don't have PS. Both times we have eaten there we were seated with less than a 5 minute wait. We found the food to be very good and very resonably priced. A nice change from eating fast food elbow to elbow with people. Enjoy!

Oh we love Trail's End. They do not accept PS's but we have never waited more than a few minutes. the food is very good and we always found the service excellent. There is just something very relaxing about being there.

We've been to WDW many times, and I don't think I've ever heard of this place. Where is it - Wilderness Lodge I'm assuming and what kind of food to do they serve?

It's at Fort Wilderness Campground. It serves a buffet with food such as fried chicken, BBQ ribs, mac & cheese, corn bread baked beans (simple home cookin' style foods). And it's only about $16 for adults at dinner, a bargain for WDW.
