Trail Rides at the Campground?

I've been wondering about the trail rides you can go on, near the Fort Wilderness campgrounds.

How long do the trail rides last?
Is it basicly a 'pony ride' sort of thing where you're just sittin' there, or is it something experienced riders can enjoy?

It's been a few years since I did it but here's what I remember:
The ride is about 45 min. on wooded trails. It's walking-only with the head-to-tail type of ride. It's a great beginners ride - experienced riders will probably be bored, although we did see some deer!!
