We are vacationing in Flordia early this August. 
We will be driving from Ft. Lauderdale to WDW. MapQuest indicates that we should take I95 to Flordia's Turnpike. What can we expect traffic to be like? MapQuest says that the trip should take less than 4 hours, but this is based on traffic that is moving 55mph.
Our last experience with I95 was a nightmare.
We were driving north from Port Canaveral during Spring Break in 2005 after a Cruise on Disney's Magic. It was bumper to bumper, slow to no movement traffic for at least 100 miles.
