Traffic help- Friday Morning

I used to live in South OC, but it's been awhile, and I need some traffic help- I'll be driving down to the Honda Center in Anaheim tomorrow from Bakersfield. Leaving Bakersfield around 6:45 am, and needing to get to Honda Center ASAP (event starts at 10am, should try and get in around 9:45....)

Anyway- Mapquest says to take 5south to 91 East to 57 South....

Is this my best option at this time of day, or will it be faster to take the 210 to the 57?

Obviously, provided there's no accidents...

As a general rule i avoid the 91 at all costs... It always seems to be busy. Mapquest tries to give you the fastest route, but it doesn't take traffic into consideration.

yikes.... i'd drive it at 5:45am the latest.... i drove it this past spring and it took us 3 hours
